In for Covino & Rich, Dan Beyer & Monse Bolanos react to the news Colin Kaepernick could come back in a coaching role, after it was reported Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh offered Kaepernick a coaching position back in January.
Dan Beyer: "If he goes back to the NFL, he is giving in to being in, I'm using the air quotes here, "Colin Kaepernick" because it is now different, it's not Colin Kaepernick, the football player, it's Colin Kaepernick, the person, the activist, everything that comes with it. . . all of that would be in jeopardy if he ended up crossing the line and being a head coach or being a player in the league."
Monse Bolanos: "He has to make a decision, do you want to work in the NFL? Because he can't keep doing this and keep alienating himself, more than he already has. I just think he has to move on."
