Dallas Cowboys star WR, CeeDee Lamb agreed to a 4-year/$136M contract with the team yesterday and Dan Patrick isn’t surprised. Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones really didn’t have a choice but to open up the purse strings if he wanted to keep Lamb, who is possibly the best WR in the league. And with Dak Prescott throwing him the ball this season, we may be looking at the most prolific duo in the NFL this coming season.
Dan Patrick: “CeeDee Lamb got paid. I’m not surprised. He’s a wonderful player and you could make a case he’s the best receiver in football. And with Dak Prescott as his quarterback, as opposed to Sam Darnold with Justin Jefferson, that might be the best combo platter that we have in the NFL.”
