Matthew Berry Tells Dan Patrick the Best Fantasy Football Sleepers of 2024

Dan Patrick: “It feels like you win these leagues later in the draft. So take us later in the draft; give us some players that if our audience hasn’t done their league draft yet, they’re at least aware of.”
Matthew Berry: “How deep do you wanna go?”
DP: “Let’s go semi-deep.”
Berry: “I’ll rattle off some late round running backs and wide receivers. These are literally like your last couple picks. Off the top of my head in no particular order – I love Greg Dortch in Arizona. Jalen McMillan in Tampa Bay seems to have won the third wide receiver job there. Josh Downs is someone I liked a lot in Indianapolis last year. He’s a little banged up to start the year but I think there’s some real nice potential. I don’t know when it’s going to happen, but at some point this year Luke McCaffrey is going to be a thing for the Washington Commanders. No one is talking about Darnell Mooney in Atlanta. They’re going to be throwing a lot with Kirk Cousins in Atlanta. Everyone is talking about Kyle Pitts, Drake London, and Bijon Robinson, but Darnell Mooney is an interesting late round flier. The Buffalo guys: Khalil Shakir, Curtis Samuel needs to get healthy, but those are some late round wide receiver.
At running back, I think Braelon Allen is really interesting in New York. I would argue the same for Ray Davis in Buffalo. Bucky Irving in Tampa Bay in terms of some late round running backs."

Check out the segment above as Berry says these anonymous names could be the type of league-winners that go from unknowns to studs à la Puka Nacau.
