Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson invoked the name of Jesus recently when talking about the haters who he claims have plagued his career. Doug isn’t necessarily offended by the comparison, but he does think Jackson is misrepresenting the criticism he has faced over the years. Just because he isn’t being hailed as the Second Coming doesn’t mean anybody truly hates him.
Doug Gottlieb: “I would say 95% of the people who have said anything bad about Lamar (Jackson) throughout his career but especially now in the NFL, it’s more analysis than it is hatred. Yet we use anything that’s not 100% positive being seen as hatred and that ain’t right.”
