On today's edition of The Jason Smith Show with Mike Harmon, the guys explain the unfortunate truth about how Patrick Mahomes & the Chiefs are not the same team as they have been in years past.

Jason Smith: "The Chiefs, as we've known them for the past 7-8 years, they are dead, they are gone. The excitement, the Mahomes up & down the field, the 400 yards a week, four touchdowns, those Chiefs are dead. They have been replaced by just another really good team, with a really clutch quarterback who can make big plays. He's been able to make it work, but this is not the same team, & Mahomes is a guy that doesn't throw it downfield anymore. He's the guy that gets in trouble more often than not. He throws the ball away more often than not. He makes bad throws often. He made a couple of throws tonight that if Aaron Rodgers were to make, everyone would say that his career is over now."
Mike Harmon: "We've watched the NFL as a whole kind of change a bit & we got out of it for a couple of games yesterday, but look at how many times teams are working just to get into long field goal range, right? You're not taking shots downfield, you're not & it's not a fun watch anymore like it used."
