Houston Texans LB Azeez Al-Shaair received a 3-game suspension for his illegal hit on Jacksonville Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence and Dan wonders how exactly Texans HC DeMeco Ryans could possibly be defending his player in this situation. And on top of that, Ryans had the audacity to call out the Jaguars for their understandable reaction to seeing their franchise QB get knocked out.
Dan Patrick: “For his player to come with a forearm at Trevor Lawrence’s head is where he loses me. He also loses me when he says, ‘Hey, the Jacksonville sideline overreacted.’ It’s really embarrassing that DeMeco (Ryans) says this.”
