Jason McIntyre is in disbelief that people on the radio dials, specifically former athletes, are calling out Nick Bosa for quitting on his team. Bosa was a defensive lineman for the Ohio State Buckeyes who decided to preserve himself for the 2019 NFL Draft after he sustained an injury. It was expected that he would recover and eventually return to the team, but he instead opted to keep his future within his control. This path has been described as the one with the least risk but also selfishly inconsiderate of his teammates at Ohio State. McIntyre is on board with Bosa’s decision because the difference will be noticeable when NFL teams start to consider what to pay Bosa down the road.
