Paul George had a world of teams in front of him that he could have joined that had a wealth of talent. Several playoff ready teams needed his services from the Houston Rockets, to the Philadelphia 76ers and of course the LA Lakers. Ultimately, the pitch that Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder had was too much to pass up, so Paul George stayed put after his one year stint with OKC. This was a guy who really wanted to have a chance to play in LA, but he's decided to remain in a small market being a number 2 guy to a reckless player named Russell Westbrook.
