Ricky Jean Francois has been a member of the Washington Redskins long enough to know by now that Kirk Cousins is the leader of the franchise.
"Our captain." As he was referred to by Francois, is someone who has taken the weapons provided to him and put up franchise quarterback numbers. But for some reason, he isn't getting rewarded with the long-term security that he, in Francois' opinion, deserves.
Ricky joined Dan Beyer and Jonas Knox today and reflected on the Redskins decision to still not reward Cousins with a signature contract and how that alters the mindset in the locker room. He held nothing back.
