Gonzaga is perennially one of the best 'mid-major' teams in all of college basketball, and continue to bring in top level recruits despite their school stature seemingly every year. Yet this latest victory for Mark Few, giving the Zags their first Final Four appearance in the school's history, was treated in a way that made Brian Noe and Chris Broussard take notice.
If Gonzaga had lost to 11 seed Xavier, they would have failed to reach the Final Four again, but Mark Few would not be on the coaching 'hot seat' for the loss. In fact, everything he does seems to toe the line between better than expected and less than elite, which gives him the perfect situation to be in.
Chris Broussard and Brian Noe break down the Mark Few dilemma and more in the audio below. Listen right here, and be sure to catch Broussard and Noe every weekend right here on Fox Sports Radio.
