We have to understand that when we are talking about the NFL fanbase, we are talking about a MASSIVE portion of the United States. There are people in every single state across the country who follow the league with a keen eye, and Roger Goodell has to do his best to appease this massive amount of people. This has to be considered when we evaluate any decision he makes.
Especially the ones regarding his stance on marijuana use.
