Kevin Durant joining the Golden State Warriors was the ultimate Silicon Valley move. A talented individual joined other talented individuals in Northern California to try and take over an entire landscape. It's a great business decision by Durant, and Clay Travis does not blame him for doing it.
However, is it crazy to wonder if the NBA commissioner should be allowed to veto trades in order to improve competitive balance? They did it with Chris Paul to the Lakers... so why can't they do it for Durant? He didn't have to stay in OKC, but anywhere else would be better.
