Markelle Fultz is a scorer, a great defender, and a better overall basketball player than Lonzo Ball.
We know that because no one in their right mind would draft Ball #1 overall. That pick, whoever it belongs to when the draft rolls around, will be used on Fultz and he will instantly help a team win games. The pressure that comes along with being the top pick, however, won't be on his shoulders at all. No, that pressure will be on Lonzo Ball for the entirety of this process, because his father decides to run his mouth every time he gets the chance.
Because of what LaVar Ball said on The Herd today, telling Kristine Leahy to "stay in her lane", he takes more and more pressure off of Fultz. Markelle will be the top pick, go to a contender, and doesn't have the pressure that comes along with it.
