News flash, the NCAA is a shady organization.
Although repeated often, with the new sanctions placed against Louisville it's worth noting again that the NCAA has inconsistencies in the way it handles disciplinary sanctions and punishes the teams within their umbrella. From allowing recruits bagels, but no cream cheese, all the way to telling players they aren't allowed to play until after they are proved innocent, the NCAA gets in the way of a lot of things.
