Lauri Markkanen PF 7-0 230 Arizona
Markkanen is not your typical 7 footer entering the nba. First, Markkanen is from Finland, which has produced very few NBA products in the league’s history. Also, Markkanen is more known for his touch and outside shot than he is dominating on the block.
Markannen was a 42-percent 3 point shooter in college, and also has a solid mid-range game. Despite his size, Markkanen isn’t a huge defensive presence and is hardly a shot blocking threat. At 19 years old with a solid frame, he’ big enough to play the 5 in the NBA, but most likely fits as a 4, who can stretch the floor and score.
