The Brooklyn Nets and Head Coach Steve Nash are parting ways just seven games into the season and Doug Gottlieb can’t help but think this move was precipitated by none other than Kyrie Irving. He believes Irving is incapable of understanding the provocative nature of the rhetoric he continues to share online and in news conferences, and refuses to back down even when he’s clearly wrong. Maybe Nash finally just had enough of dealing with such a controversial talent.
Doug Gottlieb: “I think so much of this falls on Kyrie Irving...he’s too stupid to understand the things that he is saying...he’s divisive, he’s entitled...and he doesn’t understand. He doesn’t get it.”
