Rob Parker Says Millennials Need to Stop Overrating Steph Curry's Legacy

Rob Parker Says Millennials Need to Stop Overrating Steph Curry's Legacy
Chris Broussard: “I don’t have a problem with Steph being ranked in the top 15 all-time.”
Rob Parker: “I have a big problem with it, and it’s just where we are in society. People are trying to rewrite NBA history and poo-poo what people did in the past because we don’t have video tape of it, or it’s harder to sell to people on. If they put out a Top 15 list and LeBron was the only current player, it’s not an appealing list, and it just doesn’t move anybody to wanna talk about it. Kevin Durant being behind him?? Steph is more likeable, Steph is cute and the kids love him, and there’s a lot of other things that have nothing to do with basketball. His accomplishments and place in the game shouldn’t have anything to do with who’s better talent wise. They’re ignoring that Steph doesn’t play defense, and hasn’t won an NBA Finals MVP. The idea that Steph Curry is 13 and Isiah Thomas is 31st on that list invalidates that list to me, and hard for me to comprehend and buy into.” (Full Audio Above)
