Donald Trump is Going Out Like the 1991 'Bad Boys' Pistons Against Jordan

“What was reported on CNN is that President Trump is not expected to concede in any type of way to Joe Biden. According to a source within the Trump administration, this is reminiscent to when the Detroit Pistons chose not to shake hands with the Chicago Bulls after they got eliminated from the playoffs, and according to CNN, the quote they used inside the administration would be that Trump is a ‘Bad Boy for life.’”

Listen to Chris Broussard and Rob Parker discuss a recent CNN report alleging a ‘source within the Trump administration’ said that President Donald Trump is planning to leave the presidency and the White House like the 1991 Detroit Pistons if he fails to reverse the outcome of the 2020 President Election.

In one of the NBA's most infamous and indelible moments ever, the Isiah Thomas and Bill Laimbeer-led Pistons walked off the court after being swept in the 1991 Eastern Conference Finals and refused to shake hands with the eventual NBA champion Chicago Bulls, who had Hall of Famers Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen.

According to CNN, the quote used inside the administration is that Trump is a ‘Bad Boy for Life’, referring to the great 1980’s ‘Bad Boys’ Pistons teams that were some of the most hated and rebellious teams in sports history, whose most lasting memory was walking off on the Bulls when their dynasty was officially over, and spurning a Jordan-led team who had finally ousted them in the playoffs.

Just like the Pistons did in 1991, Trump would not concede the election, and would not congratulate the winner as well.
