Dan Gilbert has a decision to make.
The Cleveland Cavaliers have to deal with the Kyrie Irving trade request as well as wonder about LeBron James' upcoming free agency and what he might do when that decision is upon him. Gilbert, fearful that he might lose LeBron for a second time as owner of the Cavaliers, could find himself with neither Kyrie or The King at the start of the 2018/19 season.
Trading Kyrie won't help you keep LeBron, but the opposite might actually be true. If the Cavs dealt LeBron James, as Clay Travis explains, it might actually work out. Listen here:
