Colin Cowherd: Bengals Shouldn't Draft 'Limited' Joe Burrow With First Pick

Colin Cowherd: “Joe Burrow’s career is going to be very limited… The AFC North is maybe the best division in the league and it’s going to be the best DEFENSIVE division in the league. Burrow with no help is going to struggle in Cincinnati. There is no fourth place team in the NFL who is farther away talent wise than the three teams above them than the Bengals. Cincinnati, be aggressive, make yourself uncomfortable, go a few slots down and get a Justin Herbert or a Tua and get five good draft picks, which will be four or five starters. If you’re just going to bring in Joe Burrow and play it safe, he is going to get mauled in that division. Cleveland’s defensive front is nasty, Baltimore’s is better, and Pittsburgh’s front seven is loaded and young and just like San Francisco’s. I’d rather have Herbert and additional draft picks than Burrow. Have some guts Cincinnati!” (Full Video Above)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he thinks the Cincinnati Bengals should move out of the number one position in next month’s 2020 NFL Draft, as the Miami Dolphins are reportedly very interested in moving up to take LSU quarterback Joe Burrow.

Colin has never been on the Burrow bandwagon, calling him more of a pleasant ‘story’ than an elite NFL prospect, and has said he doesn’t see Burrow ever becoming a top 10 quarterback in the NFL.

Check out the video above as Colin details why a ‘limited’ Burrow is going to be mauled in the AFC North Division if the Bengals take him, as Colin says Burrow will never survive in a division with that many bullying defenses.
