Doug Gottlieb reacts to Steelers GM Kevin Colbert’s comments that college football players who opt out of the season will be seen differently in the upcoming NFL Draft. It’s nothing to do with their character or choice to keep themselves and their families safe; it just means there will be less development from the players, and less tape for decision makers to evaluate them. While it’s unfortunate, it isn’t discriminatory. It’s just COVID-19 unfairly targeting people who really have no good options during this pandemic.
