Colin Cowherd Says the 14-2 Chiefs Are the 'Fourth Best' Team in the NFL

Colin Cowherd Says the 14-2 Chiefs Are the 'Fourth Best' Team in the NFL
Colin Cowherd: “My eyes tell me that something is not right with Kansas City. Yes, they’re 4-0 against playoff teams, so I know that they’ve got the ability to pop, but folks, Mahomes has four straight games with a passer rating under 100 – the longest streak of his career. They’re the worst red zone defense, they don’t run the ball consistently, and I don’t feel like they’re playing particularly well right now. Something doesn’t look right to me. It can be running back health, or maybe Mahomes isn’t 100%. There’s something not meshing on this offense, and they’ve become very dependent on the BIG and explosive plays, and those are harder to get against better teams, coaches, and rosters in the playoffs.” (Video Segment Below)

Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he has the Chiefs ranked no. 4 in his Week 17 ‘Herd Hierarchy’ rankings, and why he continues to drop Kansas City in the rankings, despite them having the best record in the league.

Check out the video above as Colin details why he thinks there’s something terribly wrong with a prevailing, yet vulnerable Kansas City team, who became the first team in NFL history to win six consecutive games by 6 points or less, and why he thinks a surging Buffalo team is winning the AFC Championship.
