Tom Brady was living his best life at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl victory ‘boat party’ parade on Wednesday, as the team celebrated their 31-9 blowout victory of the Kansas City Chiefs in a large convoy of boats making the rounds through local waterways in Tampa.
One viral video appears to show Bucs third-string quarterback Ryan Griffin escorting a very wobbly Brady off one of the boats towards the end of the event, with many wondering if Brady may have been partying a little too much on one of the vessels.
At one point Brady was seen chucking the Lombardi Trophy from his boat to another boat full of Buccaneers players, with Bucs tight end Cameron Brate making an amazing catch to save the trophy from plummeting to the bottom of the harbor. [It is unknown whether the trophy was actually real or a replica, but we’re going to guess it wasn’t the actual trophy.]
Brady's teammate Rob Gronkowski is no stranger to Lombardi Trophy lunacy, as he infamously once heavily damaged a Super Bowl trophy the Patriots won when he got into a batting cage at Fenway Park during their championship ceremony and ‘bunted’ a pitch with the trophy, leaving a massive dent in it.
Brady finished the game going 21 of 29 for 201 yards, with three touchdowns, and no picks, en route to his seventh Super Bowl title, and fifth Super Bowl MVP.
