Herd Hierarchy: Colin Cowherd Ranks the NFL's Top 10 Teams After Week 17

Watch Colin Cowherd release his Week 17 NFL ‘Herd Hierarchy’, with Colin counting down his rankings of the top 10 teams heading into Week 18.

10. Miami Dolphins (11-5, Last Week: 7): "I don't love Miami, but I wouldn't want to play them in the playoffs. Tua didn't play well but Baltimore embarrasses a lot of people. They're 9-0 when they allow 20 points or fewer, but I do think Bradley Chubb's injury is real killer for this team because they're going to give up more points and that will mean a pretty quick exit."
9. Houston Texans (9-7, Last Week: Unranked): "They're [if they beat Indianapolis in Week 18] the first team with a rookie head coach and rookie quarterback to make the playoffs since 2012 -- Chuck Pagano and Andrew Luck. CJ Stroud is like a veteran, no turnovers in his last four games. I don't think they're a multiple-playoff win team, but what a story in Houston."
8. Kansas City Chiefs (10-6), Last Week: 9): “They lead the NFL in drops. Eight straight division titles -- they've got a puncher's chance, but Super Bowl champions typically don't look like this, where they've got issues all over the field. Travis Kelce's age is apparent, he limps a lot now. They're certainly capable of winning more than one playoff game."
7. Cleveland Browns (11-5, Last Week: 10): “First team to make the playoffs starting four different quarterbacks. Joe Flacco has nothing to lose, and no team will go into the playoffs more care-free on offense. They're going to come in loose, nothing to lose, they've been banged up at wide receiver and now they get them back."
6. Los Angeles Rams (9-7, Last Week: 8): "Great coach, great receiving talent, great quarterback... They're a little like the Washington Huskies -- do you want to play them?? Kyren Williams the running back has seven straight games over 100 yards, and Puka is arguably the Rookie of the Year. They're playing with house money, nobody thought they'd be here."
5. Dallas Cowboys (11-5, Last Week: 6): “8-0 at home, 3-5 on the road. I don't trust them late in games, I don't trust them on the road, and that's why I don't think they're a Super Bowl team. Dak leads the NFL in touchdown passes, but they have no running game. Is Tony Pollard a 'two'? CeeDee Lamb is a remarkable talent, but they feel very dependent on CeeDee Lamb."
4. Detroit Lions (11-5, Last Week: 4): "Detroit beat Dallas, be honest. They're 7-0 when they have 140+ rushing yards, and with that o-line and those backs, they get there a lot. They can score a lot of different ways, then can come from behind and win, they can ball-control and win, they've got a pass-rush, they've got a flawed secondary -- but almost everybody in the NFL does."
3. Buffalo Bills (10-6, Last Week: 3): "I'm not going to move the Bills. They've won 13 straight regular season games in December and January, and Josh Allen leads the NFL in touchdowns with 42. With Cook's emergence, and their o-line having their best year in a decade, this is what a conference championship team looks like."
2. San Francisco 49ers (12-4, Last Week: 2) "They've won 21 straight regular season games when they score at least 20, and they generally score at least 20."
1. Baltimore Ravens (13-3, Last Week: 1) "Baltimore has humiliated San Francisco, Miami, Detroit, and Seattle. Lamar should be the MVP. Between Lamar's chip, Harbaugh's chip, the toughness, the grittiness, the relentlessness, the competitiveness... I love this franchise top to bottom. Holy Moly, is Zay Flowers a handful. He has transformed that receiving corp."
