Colin Cowherd: “We didn’t love, in fact, thought it was ridiculous – Nick Sirianni, whose done this before, knowing he’s on the hot seat and on a bye -- heard the radio people clobbering him all week in Philadelphia, and starts taunting and jousting with the home fans as they play Cleveland. EMBARRASSING. I said yesterday that he’s going to get called into the office by Howie Roseman and Jeffrey Lurie -- that is NOT going to fly with the Eagles organization. That is NOT his job. He doesn’t even know what his role is. Even security guy ‘Big Dom’ knows what his role is. This guy apparently doesn’t and he apologized for this move. You wanted to ‘bring energy’?? OK, we’re going to do a new segment – ‘Stadium DJ or Head Coach? Who Said It?’... ‘I WANNA BRING NEW BIG ENERGY!’... What are you doing? We’ve got a break-up coming, and right before break-ups one of the people in the relationship starts acting weird. He shaves his head, jousting with fans, brings his kids to the podium, and years later you look at it and you’re embarrassed.
Here’s the reality of this team. He’s an offensive coach. The Lions, Chargers, and Titans all had offensive coaches and were all off a bye last week. They all scored touchdowns and took a lead in the first quarter. That’s what offensive coaches do off a bye. The Eagles off a bye with a loaded and stacked roster, and with two star receivers... First two drives – Hurts 0/5 with two punts. Against Cleveland, a team who has quit. The last 20 years, teams that haven’t scored in the first quarter through five games – Philadelphia is the only team in the league -- only one has made the playoffs; the Jets 18 years ago.
Offensive coaches off a bye put in some tricks. You see what Andy Reid does off a bye, Sean McVay, Shanahan... It’s just not good enough and this thing ain’t working.”

Listen to Colin Cowherd of FS1's The Herd call out Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni after his bizarre recent run-in with Eagles fans, as Colin says the ‘embarrassing’ behavior is giving strong hints that his time with the Eagles is nearing an end.

Check out the segment above as Colin details the peril in Philadelphia, saying they might just be a head coach purging away from becoming a Super Bowl contender.
