We’ve been raised in this NBA of ‘OK, you got two stars’, but if you look at the third best player on let’s say the last 7 championship teams, THAT is the key. Kyle Lowry, Klay Thompson x 2, Kevin Love, Draymond Green, Kawhi Leonard, and Chris Bosh x 2. If Klay Thompson is your 2, you’re a really good team. If Klay Thompson is your 3 you’re getting into dynasty status… With the Lakers it’s Kyle Kuzma, who is having his worst year, and a player that is so young that he’s still wildly inconsistent and doesn’t have that ‘I’m gonna walk into the arena and drop 22’ feel to him… Everyone takes away so much from the Clippers game but Montrezl Harrell and Lou Williams, two of their top 6 guys, did not play. I just don’t think this Lakers team is a championship team. I think they’re good, and I they’re fun, but yesterday with AD off they had BIG struggles.” (Full Video Above)
