Colin Cowherd Hands Out Grades to All Seven NFL Head Coach Vacancies

Listen to Colin Cowherd Hand Out Grades to All Seven of the NFL Head Coaching Vacancies.

Philadelphia Eagles – Colin’s Grade: C+

“I do think they have a capable and smart owner, Carson Wentz is talented, and Darius Slay is a great corner AND Fletcher Cox is a great defensive lineman… They have two GREAT players at defensive line and corner, and so do the Rams with Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey. That’s a really nice building block, but they’re over the cap, their wide receiving corps was the lowest-rated in the NFL, and offensively their best offensive lineman Lane Johnson is always hurt, and Brandon Brooks just came off an injury. They drafted a top left tackle a few years ago, Andre Dillard, they NEED him to play. They need to address the offensive line FAST.”

Detroit Lions – Detroit Lions: D+

“This is the WORST OPENING. You have Matt Stafford so there’s something there, but they’ve been in last place three straight years, the defense has gotten worst despite Matt Patricia being a ‘defensive guy;, and I just think it’s a losing culture. They’ve had one winning coach since 1975, Jim Caldwell. There’s not apathy, people care, but to me, Detroit and Cleveland -- before this year, are the most dysfunctional organizations in the NFL.”
