Colin Cowherd: “The Bucs have now re-signed Chris Godwin, Donovan Smith, Shaq Barrett, Lavonte David, Rob Gronkowski, Ryan Succop, and now Ndamukong Suh. This is the most talented team Tom Brady has ever played on. Go look at mock drafts; every other team in the NFL is drafting for ‘need’, except for Tampa. They’re just drafting for depth… If you go back to the 2007 Patriots, the Randy Moss team that went undefeated, they had eight Pro Bowlers – three on the offensive line. They had Randy Moss but that wide receiving corps wasn’t close to Tampa’s. They had Mike Vrabel but that linebacking corps isn’t close to as athletic as Tampa’s. They had Vince Wilfork, but this defensive line is far greater as a unit than that defensive line. The only area that THAT New England team is better than the Tampa team is the offensive line, and I would make the strong argument that the offensive line for Tampa in the last two months was unbelievable. This is the best team Tom Brady has ever played on… After their bye they were 8-0, the average score was 34-19, and it was the number one offense in the NFL. It’s incredible, their sack differential after the bye was number one, their wins were number one, their points were number one, their point differential was number one, and their turnover differential was number two. THAT’s the team coming back next year. This team is so stacked.” (Full Video Above)
Listen to Colin Cowherd explain why he thinks the 2021 Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be the best team Tom Brady has ever played for, which would obviously include his 2007 New England Patriots team that went 18-0 before losing to Eli Manning’s Cinderella Giants team in the Super Bowl.
