This person told me about a week ago, he said ‘Westbrook is going to get traded from the Lakers, they’re already discussing it, LeBron is discussing it, the franchise is discussing it, it doesn’t work.’ This has been in the works for the Lakers for a couple of weeks… Cam Newton and Westbrook have always had style and the media LOVES ‘style.’ It doesn’t really matter, stuff goes in style, out of style, it doesn’t matter. Both Westbrook and Cam are SHOT at age 33… All this stuff they’re asking Westbrook to do is not difficult. Screen, cut, they’re not asking him to be a great three-point shooter. ‘Hey, can you defend a little better? Can you cut? Can you screen?’ The media loved Cam and Westbrook and I have compared both of them for years. Lots of talent, lots of promise, and they never truly realized because of their inability to grow.
