NBA's Postseason Plan Needs to Include More Teams to Get Zion Williamson In

Listen to Colin Cowherd discuss a recent report that alleges that the NBA is trying to come up with creative postseason plans to include Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans, as Zion’s Pelicans are currently in 10th place in the Western Conference, and 3.5 games back of the 8th place Memphis Grizzlies with only 16 games remaining.

Zion’s Pelicans are 8 games under .500 and completely irrelevant in terms of advancing in the playoffs, but Zion is perhaps the biggest ratings driver in the league outside of LeBron James, and could be a shot of adrenalin into a COVID-19 shortened season that has slowly been forgotten. This season the Pelicans were slated to be on national television a franchise-record 30 times.

Check out the video above as Colin explains why he thinks Zion is an even bigger cant-miss-tv athlete than Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kevin Durant, and Kawhi Leonard.
