Jason Whitlock: “I watched the Lakers win that closeout game up until the last three minutes against the Denver Nuggets and I just clicked off the TV. I have to admit, my level of frustration with LeBron James over this whole ‘Black Lives Matter’ and how political he’s become – I can’t stand to see LeBron James the way the media celebrates the guy. I’m going to watch the NBA Finals, but not nearly as passionately or closely as I have in the past. I am going to be rooting for the Miami Heat. The coddling of LeBron James and all of this stupidity... When I’m looking at Louisville and these other cities around the country basically get burned down to the ground, and the economic toll that’s going to take on the people of those cities, black and white, but particularly on poor people, LeBron James has been a promoter on it. It just drives me crazy… Cities are being destroyed, and LeBron and a lot of these athletes are promoting this like it’s a good thing. People are going to pay an enormous price for all of this anarchy and chaos that has been promoted by elites, and black elites who live in virtually all white communities. The people promoting this ‘I hate all white people’ or ‘white people are all racist’ live in all white neighborhoods. They’re hypocrites.” (Full Segment Above)
Listen to Jason Whitlock join Outkick the Coverage to explain to Clay Travis why he thinks LeBron James has made watching the NBA Playoffs a lot less enjoyable because of his incessant desire to push a polarizing narrative and agenda that Whitlock believes has led to more violence and chaos around the United States.
Check out the segment above as Whitlock details why he’s tired of the media ‘coddling’ LeBron, and letting him continue spewing divisive talking points on race while completely unabated or counter-questioned.
