Lions at Ravens (SPREAD: BAL -3)

"I'm going to take the Ravens -3 at home. Jim Harbaugh is a monster as a home favorite, 82-26. Do you know only the Niners have spent more time leading football games this year than Baltimore? Number five rushing offense, number four scoring defense, and Lamar is ON FIRE. Second-highest graded quarterback according to PFF. Their defense has been tremendous all year. Star quarterback, great coach, at home, defense is playing with its hair on fire, and the Lions are missing some players-- David Montgomery, Sam LaPorta is banged up. This is a really good game, watch it on FOX, I'll take the Ravens to win and cover in a battle between two excellent teams, 27-21."

Colin's prediction: Ravens 27, Lions 21.

Colin's pick: Baltimore -3

Commanders at Giants (SPREAD: WAS -3)

“I'll take the Giants +3, hear me out. They've played the second-hardest schedule. They're not good but they've faced Dallas, Buffalo... and Tyrod Taylor, who I prefer and who doesn't make mistakes and manages the game, is gonna play. I like that. The Commanders are the story though. Lost three of four, worst point-differential by any team .500 or better. There's a lot to not like. Thirty-plus points allowed in four of five games, and that's with a defensive head coach. Sam Howell is on pace to be the most-sacked quarterback for a single-season in league history. The Giants will get to him a lot. Tyrod Taylor has limitations but he's smart, doesn't make a ton of mistakes, I like the Giants in the upset -- not a huge upset, they're at home -- 24-23 over Washington."

Colin's prediction: Giants 24, Washington 23.

Colin's pick: New York +3

Chargers at Chiefs (SPREAD: KC -5.5)

"UPSET OF THE WEEK, Chargers +5.5 to win straight out. Every game this year they don't get blown out, especially against the Chiefs. Justin Herbert has had some of his best games against Kansas City. The only team to outscore their opponents and have a losing record in the league is the Chargers. They had Miami and the Cowboys beat. Their defense is tied for third in the league in sacks. Eighteen TDs, four picks, and a 107 passer rating -- that's Herbert getting healthier against the Chiefs. He's been GREAT. The Chiefs are averaging almost five points a game less, Mahomes has career-lows across the board, he's struggling to connect with receivers, that's why they went out and got another receiver. They lead the NFL in drops. They're winning because of Andy and Mahomes, but they're not playing well. There's an upset or two every week, I got the Chargers 27, the Chiefs 26."
Colin's prediction: Chargers 27, Chiefs 26.

Colin's pick: Los Angeles +5.5

Dolphins at Eagles (SPREAD: PHI -2.5) [Sunday Night Football]

“I'll take Philly -2.5 to win and cover at home. Lane Johnson is going to play, it's a top three offensive line against the weak Miami defensive line. This is a time of possession game and Jalen Hurts his last 13 home games has been remarkable: 32 touchdowns and 6 picks. The Dolphins are a little bit of a speedboat and a mirage, they've played the easiest schedule in the NFL by far, they have the 26th ranked scoring defense, and opposing quarterbacks have a 99 passer rating. So what's Jalen Hurts behind that o-line, those weapons, and AJ Brown, DeVonta Smith; what's HE gonna get at home? I don't buy Miami like everybody else. Philadelphia wins 31-24 and controls the game."

Colin's prediction: Eagles 31, Dolphins 24.

Colin's pick: Philadelphia -2.5

49ers at Vikings (SPREAD: SF -7) [Monday Night Football]

“Monday Night Football, Kirk Cousins shrinking, tell me if you've heard about it before. 49ers -7, I'll take it. Off a loss, they are dinged up, missed field goals, horrible officiating, now they get an extra day to get healthy. Always benefits the better team and the great coach, McCaffrey, Deebo, Greenlaw, Trent Williams... San Francisco has the number one scoring defense, [opposing] quarterback's passing rating is 67, fewest big plays allowed; this is a great defense that is ticked off that they lost last week and now they're getting healthier. The Vikings have beaten Chicago and Carolina. Their offense has 13 giveaways, Justin Jefferson is out, they don't do anything down the field, and Kirk Cousins against playoff teams in his career is 13-41. He's bad in primetime, and this just isn't a playoff team, it's the most talented team in the NFL. Bounce-back for the Niners, relatively close early, Minnesota is at home, it's loud, it's Monday night, but eventually in the second half they'll pound away at a BB gun offense-- no Dalvin Cook, no Justin Jefferson... One is on IR, one got traded to the Jets, 31-20 San Francisco."

Colin's prediction: 49ers 31, Vikings 20.

Colin's pick: San Francisco -7
