Colin Cowherd Previews the 2020 NBA Finals Between the Lakers and Heat

Colin Cowherd: “History matters. It doesn’t mean that history ALWAYS repeats itself, but it matters. The NBA’s history is really clear; if you’ve got a couple great players and you've got a good enough coach, they beat the team of DEPTH -- that’s just the way it works. There have been the 1976 Seattle Supersonics, the 2011 Dallas Mavericks, and the 2004 Detroit Pistons, but generally the STARS win. I like the Lakers to beat Miami in five games, I think they’re going to roll… The Lakers have the two best players in every series and that’s always what has won for the Lakers, whether it was Kareem & Magic and Shaq & Kobe… I will take the Lakers because I will take LEBRON… Not only is Lebron the most energized I’ve seen him in the last five years, but the one old team in the bubble has caught a couple of breaks – they’re called LeBron and AD. The brittle player is the healthiest he’s ever been going into the playoffs, and the 17-year star needed a little rest and got it.” (Full Video Above)
