For years, Trevor Bauer has been an advocate of players being able to show their emotions and celebrating the good plays they make on the field. Bauer isn't shy about letting out a roar after a strikeout and he often hits the Conor McGregor like strut as he walks off the mound.
In a viral video during a high school graduation, a man walked down the aisle to go back to his seat and did the sword celebration and the strut celebration that Trevor Bauer usually does when he is on the mound.
Bauer has been very outspoken about celebrating and how good it is for the game moving forward. Here is what he said after the Padres series earlier in the year:
"I think that pitchers that have that done to them and react by throwing at people. I think it's pretty soft. If you give up a homer, a guy should celebrate it. It's hard to hit in the big leagues. So I'm all for it, and I think that's important that the game moves in that direction and that we stop throwing at people because they celebrated having some success on the field."
