Colin Cowherd Predicts the Carolina Panthers Make the Playoffs

Colin Cowherd: "In the NFC [playoff picture] there’s all sorts of stuff that is changing and that’s where most of my changes are because you don’t have the dominating quarterbacks [Brady, Rodgers]. In right now I have the Eagles, Lions, Panthers, Niners, Seahawks, Vikings, and Saints. The Lions didn’t make it in last year, the Panthers didn’t make it in last year, and the Saints didn’t make it in last year. I’m keeping my eye on the Cowboys and Giants. First of all, the Giants just picked up Isaiah Simmons, they just picked up Darren Waller, I think the ‘toughness’ of their schedule is overstated. Everyone is selling their Giants stock. Not to be a contrarian but I think they’re going to be just fine. Good—probably, very good-- I don’t know. I’m keeping my eye on the Cowboys. Everybody loves the Cowboys this year but does everybody realize they just lost arguably the best OC in the game [Kellen Moore]? And now Mike McCarthy is calling plays? Who I don’t even trust with the clock. I don’t think it’s great. Have we seen the best of Dak Prescott? He’s now just a pocket quarterback and he’s never been a great pocket quarterback. We don’t get the mobility anymore. They’re also one injury away to a Tony Pollard of CeeDee Lamb from being a very limited offense." (Full Segment Above)

Watch Colin Cowherd release his NFC and AFC playoff predictions, which comprises some surprising picks on the NFC side that includes the supposedly rebuilding Carolina Panthers who will be starting rookie former no. 1 overall pick Bryce Young at quarterback.
