Watch Colin Cowherd fill out his entire NBA bracket and crown his postseason champion with the playoffs officially set to begin this Saturday.
Here are some of Colin’s most notable picks
Easter Conference First Round [NY vs. PHI]: "I'm in the minority here but I like the Sixers over the Knicks. New York is very Jalen Brunson-dependent, and right now the hottest team in the league is Philadelphia. Let's be honest -- they were 32-8 when Embiid played, and they have a second star in Maxey. I think it's going to be a really good series but Philadelphia has got more good players, and at the end they'll have arguably the best player in the series, although Jalen Brunson certainly deserves some discussion."
Eastern Conference Semis [MIL vs. PHI]: "Let's be honest about Milwaukee. They haven't played well since Doc Rivers got there -- they're under .500, so they're not humming. I gave them the win over Indiana mostly because of experience and size, but they wouldn't have the big size advantage over Philadelphia. Maxey has finally become a legitimate 1A to Embiid. You got Tobias Harris, Buddy Heild, Nicolas Batum -- it's a good roster and they're playing well."
East Finals [BOS vs. PHI]: “I think Boston extinguishes Philadelphia very quickly, it could be a sweep. I don't think this is a particularly great matchup."
West First Round [LAC vs. DAL]: "I'm going to take the Mavericks over the Clippers. We don't know if Kawhi is going to play, and Dallas has really improved defensively. It's not the offense, it's the defense. Also, Dallas has been playing well since the All-Star break, and the Clippers right now have a lot of questions and are just kind of a murky team right now."
West First Round [MIN vs. PHO]: "This is a tough one but I'm going to go Suns. They were 3-0 against the T-Wolves in the regular season, they match up well. I get KD, Booker, and Beal has played his best basketball of the season of late. Grayson Allen, not that's he's had a renaissance, but he's been better than we all thought off the bench. I like Ant but he's not a great shooter, he's a great scorer. I'm going with the perimeter shooting, I'm going Suns."
West First Round [DEN vs. LAL]: "I think the Lakers match up with them but the best player in the series is going to be Jokic. Who are we kidding here -- they were 3-0 against the Lakers during the regular season and they've won eight straight against the Lakers. This older Lakers team in higher altitude? Nope, I'm going to take Denver in five."
West Semis [OKC vs. DAL]: "I'm going to take Dallas over OKC. Luka is having his best defensive season and the Thunder are just too young. Second-least experience in the NBA Playoffs. It could be a very fun series. Indiana in the East and Oklahoma City in the West are going to have a great 6-7 years, I just don't quite think they're ready yet. Young teams can struggle in the playoffs."
West Semis [DEN vs. PHO]: "This is interesting, I think Phoenix can give Denver some issues and they'll shoot their way to a couple of wins, but in the end I'm going to take Denver. The best player on the floor is Jokic, but I will say -- Bradley Beal and Grayson Allen's emergence makes this really tasty. Remember, the Suns had a very tough late-season schedule and they aced it. Phoenix is healthy, Beal is finally playing great. This will be a six-gamer and Phoenix will shoot their way to a couple of wins."
West Finals [DEN vs. DAL] “I'm going to take Denver over Dallas. I just think overall they're the better team. I think Phoenix may give Denver more trouble than Dallas because of matchups"
NBA Finals [BOS vs. DEN]: "The deepest team in Boston, the greatest player in the world in Jokic, I think it is a six-game series and I'll take Denver."
