Colin Cowherd: “What is the knock on Stafford? It’s not a huge knock but there were some critics here.”
Mike Sando: “For Stafford, certainly I think if you give him another year he’s trending towards that [tier 1], but when they went to more of a Ferrari, full drop-back pass offense I think we saw some bumps in the road, and they had to reign it in a little bit. The defense really did carry them through the Super Bowl as well. It is a team game so maybe we proved that Detroit really was holding him back, but he also got quite a nice boost from the situation that was maybe more than a normal boost, so I’m fine with him being at the top of two. I think it’s a great spot for him and if he doesn’t it again we will probably have another conversation next year.” (Full Segment Above)
