Colin Cowherd: “Tyreek Hill leaving the Chiefs, there not as good a football team. I don’t know if they’re in the Super Bowl bubble but they’re not as good a football team, and the Chargers are better, Denver is way better, and the Raiders are better. Everybody else added really great players, they just lost one. Kansas City is not as good today and Miami is a better team today. Miami has an offensive coach, they also have a star receiver on the other side [Jaylen Waddle], and they have a really good tight end in Mike Gesicki who they extended. He’s excellent. They’ve got nice pieces here, so Tyreek is going to a place where you can’t just constantly bracket him. These offensive coaches are just better at using their weapons and they’re more collaborative. Tua and Brian Flores were not tight. Mike Zimmer and Kirk Cousins were not tight. Russell Wilson and Pete Carroll were not tight. Vic Fangio and Drew Lock were not tight. You got a trend here. Young quarterbacks are flourishing with offensive coaches, so I do think Miami will be better offensively just based on that collaboration. Now they added a Cooper Kupp-like weapon that you can use all over the field. I don’t think defensive coaches would use Tykreek Hill effectively as their new offensive coach. These are some interesting weapons, they just got Chase Edmonds and Raheem Mostert, so that’s a big upgrade at running back. They got a lot better on offense. Flores leaves, they’re probably not as good defensively, but that’s not where the league is trending. The league is trending offense.” (Full Video Above)
