Derogatory Texts Surface that Kevin Durant Allegedly Sent Michael Rapoport

(Scroll Through Entire Instagram Post for Graphic DMs. Warning: Bad Language) Hollywood actor Michael Rapaport posted screenshots to his Instagram this week showing graphic direct messages that NBA superstar Kevin Durant allegedly sent him during a lengthy back-and-forth between the two.

Rapoport made an Instagram post on Wednesday with the caption: "As most of you know, I receive threats and disgusting messages DAILY, but never in my wildest dreams did I think @easymoneysniper would be among them. The [snake emoji] himself is now threatening me, bringing up my wife and wants to fight. This is supposed to be America’s sweetheart right? KD didn’t get ‘hacked’ either. Hold this L champ #ImDaRealMVP #Igotastorytotell”

Initially, it wasn’t clear where the post was done in jest or as some form of tongue-in-cheek gag from the comedian, but the posts that Rapoport screenshotted and posted to his IG did show Durant’s account handle, barring something done on photoshop, sending incredibly crude messages that many are calling homophobic, misogynist, and threatening.

Such messages include Durant telling Rapaport “I heard it all before you c*nt. Chuck doesn’t need u as security u pale pasty c*m guzzling b*tch”

The message was in response to Rapoport calling Durant out for his cringe-worthy interview with TNT basketball host Charles Barkley earlier in the season when Durant effectively refused to answer one of Barkley’s questions.

Durant then tells Rapoport “I swear ima spit in your face when I see your dirty a**”.

Durant then appears to try to organize a fight between the two, telling him to "meet me on w 17th tomorrow at 10", presumably in Manhattan, New York City.

After Rapoport responded "Go help the kids in Brownsville, Brooklyn & stop being a f*cking puzz", alluding to one of New York’s most crime and poverty-ridden areas, Durant fired back saying “You a b*tch for even caring how I do an interview. All u do is c*ck suck other men for attention. Trump didn’t pay attention to your sorry a** so now u wanna use everybody else to get views and laughs. Your life is a joke u f*ckin pale c*ck sucker.”

In more messages posted by Rapoport, Durant mocks him for Rapoport's failed lawsuit against his former boss Dave Portnoy, the founder of Barstool Sports. Rapoport had been trying to sue Portnoy for years after Barstool produced humiliating cartoon t-shirts of Rapoport’s face in a highly unflattering fashion.

Durant said in the DM “HAHAHHAHAHAAHAAH, u called your lawyer like the p*ssy you are’ with the link of the dropped court case on Barstool’s website, and then said ‘you’re such a b*tch, u suing another man for talking sh*t about you. I can’t wait to spit on your p*ssy a**."

When mentioning Rapoport’s wife, Durant’s alleged DM read “Your wife is mad as f*ck cuz u wasting that little bit of money on a lawyers (sic) cuz you can’t take a joke. Hahahahahaah. How p*ssy are u. Your wife doesn’t even respect your b*tch a**”

Whether the messages were serious or not, Rapoport going public with the messages has gotten the attention of the NBA for the obvious embarrassment and backlash attached with such derogatory language from one of the league’s most identifiable stars.

Durant could potentially face a hefty fine from the league for the offensive slurs.

Durant seemed to downplay the beef, posting on Twitter “Me and mike talk CRAZIER than this on the regular, and today he’s pissed. My bad mike, damn!!”

Rapoport quickly tweeted back: “No we don’t p*ssy. Don’t ever threaten me or speak on my wife P*ssy."

Rapoport on Thursday, however, posted another video to his Instagram with a narrator chronicling the ‘beef’ between Durant and Rapoport that seemed to confuse his followers and make them believe the whole thing with Durant was a bit. Here is the video below.
